The Word Roots series teaches children Latin and Greek prefixes, suffixes and root words. Verbal Analogies, covered in our ThinkAnalogy Puzzles C Software, is an area where many children benefit from additional exposure. In particular, if your child is bilingual it may be important to do more analogy exercises and it would probably be wise to start with Think Analogies B1. The B level is available in both book and software - different words are covered in the different formats so you can use both book and software. The C level of Think Analogies is only available in software. Deductive logic is an important skill for test taking. Mind Benders are great way to build logic. Creativity may be a component of testing. Think-ets are an easy recreational way to build Memory and Creativity.
