Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. You will not be able to edit your order if it has begun processing or been shipped. Email customerservice@thinktonight.com and if it's not to late we'll make the changes for you.
How do I track my order?
  When your order ships your will receive an email notification containing a delivery confirmation number. You can click on the link provided in that email for more information. Alternatively click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

Our most common shipment method is USPS media mail. Media mail packages are usually scanned when they reach the transfer station in WA, when they reach your state, when they reach the Post Office that will deliver to you and on delivery. USPS provides an estimated delivery date. This is an expectation, not a promise. The USPS site is updated overnight.
My order hasn't arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your order has shipped you'll see a tracking number. This can be used to check with USPS for the status of your package. USPS provides an estimated delivery date but this is an expectation, not a promise.

It is unusual for a package scanned as delivered not to be located. Most commonly we find that someone other than the intended recipient has brought the package inside. Sometimes USPS delivers to the wrong address. These packages are usually put back in the system and delivered in a couple of days. Sometimes USPS has difficulties with the address. A phone call to the local post office is usually enough to get these packages delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact customerservice@thinktonight.com for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
 

Occasionally we have back ordered items.  If one of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock you should have received an email at the time your order was processed for shipment notifying you of the expected shipment date.  The packing slip included in your package should also indicate that one or more of the items haven't shipped and indicate when they will.

If there is no indication on the packing slip that an item is shipping separately please contact customerservice@thinktonight.com

When will my backorder arrive?
 
You should have received information on expected shipment of your backorder via email when your order was processed and on your packing slip. Current expected shipment dates are displayed on the website with each product so you could check there. Alternatively email customerservice@thinktonight.com and we'd be happy to let you know if there has been any change to the expected shipment date. Remember to add the usual transit times for the shipping method you have chosen to work out when to expect to receive your product.
