| How do I find my product? | |
| To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may use the navigation menus on the left and bottom of our website or type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service via email or phone Helen on 425-688-1183 for assistance. |

| How do I navigate the site? | |
| To navigate our website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located in the left hand navigation panel and at top and bottom of the website. A complete category index is available. This is more useful for getting back to a category you remember visiting than as a place to begin your browsing. When viewing any product you'll see a list at the bottom of the pages you have recently visited. Immediately above that list you'll see a list under the heading "Browse for more items in the same category as this item." This is a great way to find similar and complementary products. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".
