If you are looking for a conventional test preparation book for a standardized achievement test I recommend the Spectrum range. These are also suitable for introducing a child to the process of multiple choice testing prior to their taking a cognitive ability test. The Test Prep series teach children the skills, strategies and techniques necessary to succeed on any standardized test. The Test Practice series provides additional practice tests.
